Multibrand Design Tokens

Overview

GM created an initiative with the Aurora Design System to unify the design efforts across all brands and platforms. In order for this to be effective the existing approach needed to rethought so it could scale effectively across the organization. The proposed change involved the use of design tokens to help manage 7 different brands across our design teams.

My Contributions

For this effort I led the design strategy and early frameworks on how design tokens could be implemented across design and engineering.
